Well, they did it again! Shake n’ Bake, Mike Wright and Steve Lockhardt, won for the third time in three tries! This time they had to come through the losers bracket but Steve hit seven in a row to close out the win this year!
There was a great turnout, and some teams that didn’t get to register were able to squeeze into some slots for teams that did register, but were unable to play.
Come on out and celebrate the 4th with your Sea Isle neighbors!
Everyone is invited to play! Men, women, kids, coed teams…it’s all good! There will only be one division, and every team registered will compete in the same division. It’s a double elimination tournament, meaning you’ll play at least two games.
The cost is $30 per team, with 100% of the net proceeds benefiting Planters Bunch. If you win, you get THE TROPHY, and bragging rights for the next year. See if you can dethrone the two time Champions, Michael and Steve.
If you don’t win, you can always console yourself with a few beers. This is Sea Isle, after all. “A drinking village with a fishing problem!”
